Reservations
Please contact the Church office to reserve the area by filling out forms completely and making the required deposit.
1. Notify the church office at once if the wedding is cancelled or if the date or time is changed.
2. Rehearsal is done day of wedding, one hour prior to wedding.
3. For reception information, please contact the church office.
4. A 50% non-refundable fee is required to hold the date. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding.

General Rules & Common Courtesies
2. Please abide by our NO SMOKING AND NO ALCOHOL inside all buildings policy.
3. The sound systems with components are provided by the church. This equipment must be operated by a qualified operator employed by the church. (Sound technician fee is $50.)
4. It is the responsibility of the bride and groom to leave the building orderly, clean, and take all personal items with them when they leave. You may want to assign someone from the wedding party to check for all personal articles after everyone leaves to ensure safety of such things.
EACH GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL SHALL BE WHOLLY RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THEIR ACTIVITY. REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR CHARGES WILL BE IN ADDITION TO ANY ORIGINAL FEES.
