Ways to Support Us

Gift Cards: We sell Gift Cards to a wide variety of stores and services. All gift card purchases are sold to you at full value, a small percentage comes back to the church to support our programs. If you would like to purchase a gift card, they are always available at our Sunday service, or feel free to stop by or call our office during regular office hours.

Food Closet: Our Food Closet program allows us to give to our Modesto neighbors. We keep dried and canned goods in stock, as well as personal care items. As families are in need and don't always have access to food resources we provide non-perishable products to help them through transition. This program can be supported by bringing dried goods to our church, or by sending a donation and we will happily shop for goods needed by the greater Modesto Community. For more information regarding this program please contact our church office.

Fundraisers: Our community is active in developing fundraising programs designed to enhance community connection and support. Stop by our Fundraisers page to see what we are working on now! Feel free to drop us an email if you would like to share fundraising ideas which will support and uplift our community.

Donations: Please feel free to make monetary donations at any time using the paypal "donation" button to the left. All monies received go toward our goal of spreading God's Truth and Love. Unity of Modesto is a loving and welcoming family which embraces the individual and supports them on their spiritual journey. In this light, we are always striving to unite with our local and worldwide healers and teachers.

Recycling: Recycling is good for our environment and a fundraiser for our church.

Contribute to our recycling program by bringing in glass, plastic, and aluminum cans. We ask that all items be clean and empty. Remove caps from bottles and crush cans if possible.

Items must have the California Refund Value (CRV) emblem to be accepted for recycling.

Each year we contribute to Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child program. How can you help? The instructions for preparing boxes to go to children in need is described on their website. Or you can bring toys (nothing that looks like a weapon), personal care items, candy (not chocolate), to our church and we will complete the boxes and mail them off. Prepare a box or two and bring them in.   These will be sent to Samaritan's Purse prior to their end date of Nov. 13 2017.

No Kid Hungry Bake Sale: For the second year in a row we are having a No Kid Hungry Bake Sale. This year's sale will be on Sunday, December 3, 2017. One of our beloved Unity kids spearheads this sale which feeds hungry children here in America. All proceeds are donated to the No Kid Hungry Program. Stop by and purchase some baked on December 3rd at 11:00am after service!

When one asks for divine wisdom and understanding about giving, it becomes a joy both to the giver and the recipient.
