Mindfulness Meditation has become a steady anchor in my spiritual life. It helps me cultivate self‑awareness, equanimity, and a deeper capacity to extend love and compassion to myself and others.
I first turned to this practice during seminary, when I struggled to sit in the Silence.
My attempts were filled with restless feet, itchy knees, and a mind full of deadlines. Mindfulness Meditation gently taught me how to be present — with myself, with the Divine Presence within me, and with whatever arises in the moment.
It offered practical skills for entering the Silence without resistance and for meeting life with greater calm and clarity.
I look forward to sharing some of the gifts this practice has brought into my life.
With love and blessings, Rev. Dalia Adams
